I’m a nerd girl…but I won’t say I’m the nerdiest girl EVER. I like video games and clothes, cars and shoes, cooking and reading. I majored in fashion merchandising but I work at an auto shop. I am full of contradictions.

I was born in California’s bay area in November of 1986. I share my birthday was my adorable aunt Roz, one of my classmates from high school, and now a sister-in-law. Contrary to astrological statements, we are not all alike in personality!

My family moved to Northern California in 1996, where my father began building our house on the hill. He’s still building it, and sometimes I wonder if it’s going to be the next Winchester Mystery House, minus the mystery.

I was a fairly normal (read: boring) teenager, and once I graduated high school I bounced from mundane job to even more mundane job, until I landed at Kragen Auto Parts in 2005. In 2006, I met my husband-to-be at a coworker’s birthday party.

In 2009 he proposed, and in 2010 we got married. There were lightsabers. It was awesome.

Now we live with my Mom while we try to buy a house, and I work at an awesome independent auto shop in Auburn.

So now you’re pretty much caught up.
